CUPE Ontario President to Warn City Council of Financial Danger
(April 21, 2009) Sid Ryan President of CUPE Ontario along with Shelly Gordon CUPE National Researcher will be making a presentation to City Council on the dangers of Public Private Partnerships. The City is considering new projects and staff is including the option of paying for these projects through p3s.
We are requesting your support by attending the council meeting April 29th at 6pm. This issue is important to you not only as an Unionized Employee but also as a tax payer.
