Monthly Parking Passes for the City of Greater Sudbury – Update

There have been some questions with respect to monthly and annual parking passes.

If an employee is paying their monthly parking pass through payroll they can fill out the attached form and submit to payroll to have the pass canceled for June. Employees are also required to mail/drop off the parking pass to the parking department. These passes will be available to Employees who had payroll deduction once things return to normal. Employees will be eligible for a refund for April and May, provided they submit confirmation from a supervisor that they were not working in the office those months.

If an employee has a underground parking pass they will be required to fill out the attached form and submit to payroll to have the pass suspended for June. The employee is not required to return the pass. These passes will be put on hold but still available to the Employee once things are back to normal. Employees will be eligible for a refund for April and May, provided they submit confirmation from a supervisor that they were not working in the office those months.

If an employee purchases their parking pass monthly at the Citizen Service Centre they will be eligible for a refund for April provided they submit confirmation from a supervisor that they were not working in the office that month.

In all three cases above, please send an email requesting the confirmation that you were working out of the office to you supervisor and include Stefany Szydziak in the parking department. The supervisor can then reply all to the email.
