Brothers and Sisters of this area!  I will host an informal virtual get together every month to air some issues pertaining to you.  I can also present other vital information pertaining to your union.  These G-Meets (Google Meets) are specifically limited to 30 mins; no longer.  Typically after office hours.  You elected me to improve communication and this is yet another method to facilitate your access to the leadership team.
