Greater Sudbury Housing
Greater Sudbury Housing Corporation (GSHC) Unit: Approximately 30 full time members whose day to day responsibilities include maintenance and property management support for 1848 public housing units and a number of rent supplemented units throughout the City of Greater Sudbury. The City of Greater Sudbury is the sole shareholder of the Corporation and was created as a result of the downloading of social housing by the Province of Ontario.
