Moved that the Members’ Dues Levy be reduced from 2% to 1.5%, and that Policy Paper #1 of the CUPE and its Local 4705 Bylaws be amended such that the first sentence reads:

"The dues for all Members of CUPE and it's Local 4705 shall be one-point-five percent (1.5%) of the employee's weekly earnings excluding overtime and shift premiums including standby."
